Description

Adult 1.0 – 2.0 is a weekly 1 1/2 hour program.

This class is for beginners and players with some experience who have difficulty rallying a ball consistently over the net. The students will learn the basics of forehand, backhand, serve, rules and game-play. Students who excel can be switched to the Adult 2.5 – 3.5 programs at any time.

Adult 2.5 – 4.5 is a weekly 1 1/2 hour program.

This program is for anyone who can rally 10 or more medium paced balls over the net using their forehand and backhand strokes.
